The workshop will attempt to clarify the true meaning and consequences of racism and white supremacy, and look for ways to overcome it. The workshop will touch briefly on some of the history of racism and the way whites have been socialized into white supremacy. The objectives of the workshop are: • To help create an understanding of racism and white supremacy. • To identify white supremacy in our workplaces, our places of worship, our schools, and other organizations. • Through the understandings of racism and white supremacy to create antidotes and anti-racist actions.
