The Beltrami County Historical Society and the Northern Iron Horse Railroad Society present “Trains at the Depot” on Saturday, April 13th, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00pm and Sunday, April 14^th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Learn about Bemidji’s rich railroad history from railroad enthusiasts, historians and fellow railroad buffs. The event will feature several model railroad displays, railroad videos and photography, as well as the Northern Iron Horse Railroad Society’s club layout open for viewing. 
 
See a large Lego train and enjoy watching the world in miniature through the fascinating world of model trains in several scales (including N, HO, and O) traversing their tiny tracks.  Also: door prizes/raffles and kids play area!  Plus, exclusive train-themed apparel, toys and gifts!  
 
Standard History Center admission will include access to the museum and all of the featured train items on display.  Admission to the History Center is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors, $1 for children ages 6-12 (free for those 5 and under); discounted rate available for parties of five or more.  Admission is free to members of the Historical Society.
