1-3:30 pm Maple Syrup, Tap to Table Collecting and Processing
Early spring is generally the peak of the maple sap flow, but sap is affected by weather conditions. Join naturalist John Fylpaa to learn how to start your own tradition of making mpale syrup. On these weekends we will be collecting and processing the sap. Dress to be outdoors, with good boots
