Learn how to make the beloved and traditional Norwegian classic, lefse! Today, lefse is considered a celebration and holiday food in Norwegian American families in the USA. A traditional soft Norwegian flatbread made with potatoes, butter, cream and flour, the result is smaker godt—the Norwegian term for tasty! Our class instructor Debbie Rentz was taught at a young age how to make lefse, join us as she shares tips and tricks.
