Course 1: Tuna Crudo paired with Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc
Course 2: Crab Crusted Salmon paired with Black Stallion Pinot Noir
Course 3: Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler paired with Kendall Jackson Chardonnay
5 p.m. - Cocktail Hour
6 p.m. - Dinner
