Raspberry Mead (Honey Wine) 21+
Description
Learn to homebrew like the Vikings did! Jeff Ness of Split Oak Farm returns to the Community Kitchen on Wednesday, November 13th at 5:30 pm for a lesson in making traditional mead, or honey wine, with a summer raspberry twist. All participants must be 21 years of age or older and admission is $15 per person; pre-registration is required in store or online at harmonyfoods.coop/classes-events.
