Art in the Park happening July 21-22 in Library Park
BEMIDJI, MN – This year’s Art in the Park, presented by Watermark Art Center and Paul Bunyan Communications, will be held July 21 (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and July 22 (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) in Library Park, downtown Bemidji. The juried art fair features over 100 artists, a dozen food vendors, and live entertainment, boasting an annual attendance of over 4,000 visitors.
This year’s vendors will be selling everything from wood and ceramics to clothing and jewelry. There will also be photography, metalworking, greeting cards, homemade preserves, food, candles, soaps, and more. Don’t miss live acoustic music by Pat Surface and free kids crafts happening throughout the weekend.
“We’re very excited for this year’s event,” said Watermark Executive Director Lori Forshee-Donnay. “We have some new vendors coming in, as well as veteran favorites, all of which make the weekend a fun event for the whole family.”
Art in the Park is held in Library Park on the shores of Lake Bemidji, just across the street from Watermark’s new location at 505 Bemidji Ave N.
