Science teams up with the arts to bring you the art and science of food! The e3 fundraiser (elevated epicurian experience) will certainly feature some of the best food you'll enjoy in 2010! Headwaters Science Center is going completely upscale, and up and down the stairs when all three floors will be filled with epicurian delights. At least 15 local restaurants and celebrity food artists will bring their cooking skills and a favorite dish to share in buffets that will amaze guests on all levels.

While you're enjoying extraordinary eating, other guest artists and scientists will entertain you with music, magic, and the science of food! Live music will be provided by the Bemidji Baroque Ensemble, members of the Bemidji Symphony Orchestra, and a BSU student jazz combo. Programs on the science of food will be presented by HSC staff and a guest physicist from Milwaukee.
